Refund & Dispute Policy

Z-Factor PM, LLC (“Z-Factor PM,” “we,” “us”) provides professional project management and consulting services. We do not sell physical products. This policy describes how refunds and payment disputes are handled.

Refunds

Fees for project management and consulting services are set out in your statement of work, proposal, or invoice. Refund eligibility depends on the terms of that agreement and the stage of work completed.

To request a refund, contact us at support@zfactorpm.com with your name, invoice or agreement reference, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days.

Disputes & chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will review the charge, provide documentation, and work in good faith to resolve the issue promptly.

Email support@zfactorpm.com with the transaction date, amount, and a description of the concern. We aim to respond within two business days.
