Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to project management and consulting engagements with Z-Factor PM, LLC (“Z-Factor PM,” “we,” “us”). Specific cancellation terms may also appear in your statement of work or service agreement.
Canceling an engagement
Either party may cancel an engagement according to the notice period and terms in the signed agreement. If no written agreement exists, either party may cancel by providing written notice to support@zfactorpm.com.
- Client cancellation: Client is responsible for payment for work completed through the effective cancellation date and for any non-refundable expenses identified in the contract.
- Our cancellation: If we must cancel an engagement, we will provide reasonable notice and deliver or transition any work product completed to date, subject to payment of outstanding fees.
Recurring or retainer arrangements
For ongoing or retainer-based services, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in writing. No new charges apply after the effective cancellation date.
How to cancel
Send cancellation requests to support@zfactorpm.com with your name, organization, and agreement or invoice reference. We confirm receipt within two business days.
